In a pioneering effort to champion women empowerment through green entrepreneurship, Deepthi Reddy Madugula, as a serial entrepreneur and founder of Womenergy, Weaim, Her Market, and Idhya, is making significant strides in the MSME segment. Since 2016, she has dedicated her work to fostering unique social enterprises focusing on eco-friendly and green women manufacturers.

As the founder of Idhya Eco Living Pvt Ltd since 2012, Deepthi has successfully incubated over 40 eco brands and startups, including noted agri enterprises like OG Natural Foods and Farm Tour. Through her initiatives, She Manufactures, Womenergy, and its sister concerns, she has supported 5000+ women entrepreneurs , incubated 1000+ women manufacturers, and mentored 100+ startups.

Her commitment to eco-conscious communities and sustainable living practices has created impactful social models, including OG Natural Foods, Farm Tour, and various women-centric eco initiatives.

Being a Women of Energy in Telangana, Deepthi is currently empowering 1 lakh women in a micro-enterprising way through She Manufactures. Her contributions extend to benefiting hundreds of farmers and women in rural communities over the years.
