A young Innovative Serial Entrepreneur, Spiritual Scientist & Strategic leader
Since childhood nothing was easy for her financially, emotionally and socially. Though she had seen extremes liabilities in every phase of her life, education and spirituality have been her core strengths.
Since her 18th year, she participated in many NGO and grassroot level service activities and awakened to her reality at a young age that “In Happiness lies ones Success, In Service lies ones Purpose” She even opted out of medical profession to pursue her Nature serve dreams which are more valuable.
Her courage, immense faith on God and - Never Ever Give up - attitude made her carve a unique self-career path that reenergizes fellow women thus developed a large sister-hood across India.

She struggled with her agri startups as an early innovator , she underwent post natal depression, however her courageous character pushed past the boundaries of body and mind to establish ‘WOMENERGY’. It was a mission to create a circle of energy for a women to rise in her self power, by creating empowering ecosystems WOMEN ENERGY MATTERS Today a proud mother of two kids, with a perfect work-life balance is spearheading multiple ventures with her team, collaborations and women communities.
For the past 15 years she has guided several social enterprises and still with the same passion works on projects that create eco consciouscommunities, promote sustainable living practices, develop rural micro enterprises and establish green livelihoods especially for women in India

Womenergy Movement began with Deepthi’s/ One Women thought in 2015
Seeded as a 2000 Women network from 2016 -18 (WE Convergences & Commune activities; EDP training’s, we empower zonal city circles) Sprouted to reach a 10000 Women Community from 2018 to 21 (WE micro enterprises; WE engagement events, WEAIM Manufacturers)
Evolving as a mission incubating a 1,00,000 Women intrapreneurs from 2021-22 (Ongoing WE micro enterprising clusters; Womenergy Incubations; Start It Scale It cell; HER MARKET Herpreneurs; Different Entrepreneurs, She Manufacturers; Livebrary)
Since 2019, she is focusing on incubating 100 women start-ups and 25 scale ups every year exclusively in manufacturing.
